To develop techniques to access our essential energy. To recognise and avoid habitual modes of thinking and negative attitudes which destroy energy. To consider the different modes of energy in order to recognise their manifestation and to employ them constructively.

Investigation of levels of awareness/energy.
Development of life enhancing as opposed to life debilitating modes of thinking.
Identification of positive/creative ways of meeting events.
Deliberation into the relationship between thought and emotion.
Development of conscious modes of thinking and acting as opposed to mechanical ones.
Exploration of the types of energy available to us: the passive/restorative, the active/agitated, the balanced/ reflective.
Exploration of the seasons, what they teach us and how to harness the energy at different times of the year

Assessment of what might encourage the adoption of a more perceptive and precise mode of thinking and acting, one that meets the need perfectly.
Analysis of our decision-making processes, their basis and their effect on available energy, and how we might bring measure to all things.
Consideration of the effect of identification and the debilitation it causes.
Enquiry into the law of entropy and the need for conscious impulse.
Investigation into the relationship between harmonious modes of thinking and feeling and the health of the body.
Assessment of the power of the present and the importance of returning to the present, the time when creative energy is flowing rather than trying to reuse depleted energy.
Exploration of the ‘creative imperative’: the desire to create, the nature of what is created and the creative outcome.
Consideration of the nature of positive emotion and an evaluation of what must follow from its expression.
Reflection into how developing an accord with the living world revives, refreshes and regenerates.
Exploration of the elements within the body as a reflection of the external elements and how working with these energies can bring a sense of balance and connection

How emotional energies relate to the attributes of your physical energy system
The effect of movement on energy
Energy blocks and working with/through them
Endorphins – how they work and how to use them

Practical tools/exercises and ‘keys to balance’ are provided to support each element of the course
